Prova is a Dubai real-estate analysis tool that helps you understand a property’s price and rental return using official Dubai Land Department (DLD) records.

- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account.
- Usage information. The analyses you run (building, bedrooms, size, price) and your activity within the product, so we can deliver results and apply plan limits.
- Technical information. IP address, device and browser information, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to prevent abuse.
Property data
Property valuations are derived from publicly available Dubai Land Department transaction and rent records. This data describes properties and market activity — it is not personal information about you or other users.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain and improve the service;
- To manage your account, plan and usage limits;

- Google — sign-in;
