These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Prova at prova.ae. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Prova provides analysis of Dubai property prices and rental returns based on official Dubai Land Department (DLD) records and our own modelling. It is an informational tool to support your own research.
Not financial advice
Prova’s outputs — including valuations, ROI estimates, projections and comparisons — are informational only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. While we draw on official records, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data or estimate. You are solely responsible for your own decisions; always do your own due diligence and consult a qualified professional before buying or selling property.
Your account
You sign in using Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use Prova.
Plans and billing
Prova offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Corporate) with different monthly analysis limits and features. Paid plans are billed in AED on a monthly or annual basis, and you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices and plan features may change, with notice for material changes.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, scrape, resell or attempt to disrupt the service;
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data;
- Do not use Prova for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Prova product, brand and software are owned by us. The underlying public records remain the property of their respective sources. You may use analysis results for your own personal or business decision-making.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the service.
Termination
You may stop using Prova and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
